All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS depending on the size and weight of the package.
We charge $6.95 for shipping with free shipping on orders over $75.

In order to receive a credit for a returned product, you must notify us via support@aleta-health.com within five business days of receiving the order, and then you must receive our approval. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. You will also need to ensure that any products sent in error remain unopened, un-marked, and in a sellable condition unless damaged in shipment.
